Cashless rules
Top-ups
1 token is worth €2.00. Credit can be preloaded via the official Unlocked Music Festival app until 4:55 PM on 25 July 2026. During the event, further top-ups can be made both via the app and at the Cashless Points inside the venue. Loaded credit is valid exclusively for the current event and cannot be used at other events.
Service fees
The fee for the first top-up made at the till is 1 token.
Refund policy
Refunds of remaining tokens can be requested from 12:00 PM on 27 July 2026 until 12:00 PM on 3 August 2026, directly in the official Unlocked Music Festival app, in the "Refund" section. The minimum amount required to request a refund is 2 tokens. The fee applied to each refund request is 1 token. Refunds will be processed within 21 working days from the end of the request period, excluding weekends and public holidays. TicketSms is not responsible for the refund policies and service fees set by the event organisers.
